The East and North Hertfordshire Health and Care Partnership covers the following borough and district council areas of Hertfordshire:
- Borough of Broxbourne
- East Herts district
- North Herts district (excluding Royston, which is covered by the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Integrated Care Board)
- Borough of Stevenage
- Borough of Welwyn Hatfield

The aim of the partnership is to provide better, more joined-up, and more efficient health and care services. The partnership has developed, and is developing, several new services to benefit the population of East and North Hertfordshire. These include:
- Hospital at Home
- the Integrated Heart Failure Service
- the Community Diagnostic Centre at QEII Hospital
- integrated neighbourhood teams
- Implantable CD deactivation service
- the Adult Urgent Treatment Centre in Stevenage.
Involving local people and communities
East and North Hertfordshire Health and Care Partnership is keen to work with patients and residents across the area to make sure services are delivering what they should, and to help design new services so we can get them right first time.
You can get involved by joining meetings to hear about new and developing services, and giving feedback on services through the general forum and lived experience groups.
