We can all sometimes find it difficult to stay positive and you may also feel uncertain or anxious at times, but there are things you can do to help take steps towards good mental wellbeing. The NHS Every Mind Matters campaign has a lot of information, advice and practical tips on how to improve your mental health and wellbeing. This includes information on:
- sleeping better
- eating well
- jobs and money worries
- children and young people’s mental health
- caring for others

You can also find wellbeing support by going direct to a ‘one-stop’ service that will link you to a network of local organisations that can help with mental wellbeing and lots more besides.

Herts Help provides a single point of access to a network of community organisations. They will listen and help you find independent support, guidance and information you need to get the most out of life.

Contact the Essex Wellbeing Service if you live in west Essex
The Essex Wellbeing Service provides health and wellbeing support to Essex residents aged 16 and over who are registered with a GP. The service is delivered by an alliance of specialist organisations and can link you with a range of support to help them stay healthy, safe and well.

Saturday 10am – 2pm
