The trust has launched a public conversation which runs until Tuesday 6 August and will work a little bit like a social media platform.
You can join at any time of the day or night and contribute as much or as little as suits you and the process is anonymous and independently facilitated, meaning you can feel safe sharing your honest thoughts and feelings.
Conversations allow everyone to comment and vote on the thoughts and ideas of everyone taking part in an interactive and ‘live’ discussion – you can read, vote and comment on the ideas shared, as well as share your own.
Along with those already gathered from ambulance staff and volunteers, the thoughts, ideas and input across the conversation with patients will directly influence how care is delivered in coming years and help shape plans for the service between 2025 and 2030.
You can now sign up and take part in the conversation, along with your friends and family.
