We want to hear from parents and carers who have a child, or who care for a young person who is currently having NHS orthodontic treatment, or who has had treatment in the last two years.
If you are a child or young person and what to give your own views, you can also complete the survey for yourself.
Orthodontics is the care and treatment provided, usually to children, to straighten their teeth and/or correct how their upper and lower teeth meet and work together.
Hertfordshire and West Essex ICB has commissioned Healthwatch to carry out this survey.
By sharing your views and experiences, you will be helping the NHS to understand where orthodontic services should be located, and how access to orthodontic care could be improved.
