Access to health records/subject access requests
The Data Protection Act 2018 allows you to see information held about you by organisations, including the NHS and Herts and West Essex ICB. -
Freedom of information requests
As a member of the public, you have the right to ask for access to all types of recorded information held by public authorities, including the NHS.
